Machining & Fabrication

Through our associate arrangement, we have a high quality infrastructure setup to fulfil all your machining requirements, including raw-material procurement, fabrication, balancing and keyway. We can manufacture all types of cylindrical rollers, tie-bars, shafts, and piston rods for various industries, to your custom requirements.

Hard Chrome Plating

Industrial hard chrome plating involves depositing a layer of chromium on to an object. The process is widely used because of its properties such as high hardness, resistance to wear & tear, corrosion resistance, and low co-efficient of friction.

We are able to plate jobs of up to 6000 mm. length, 630 mm. diameter, and 5000 kg. weight as per your plating thickness specifications.

Cylindrical Grinding

Cylindrical grinding is usually a standard requirement for high accuracy parts, and provides great finish with excellent accuracy. We have a state-of-the-art grinding setup, and grind rollers that are used in a wide range of industries.

Super Finishing

Super finishing is a process that uses fine grit abrasives to achieve a very smooth, mirror-like finish on the surface. This is advantageous in industries that have high functional as well as aesthetic requirements.
