Super Finishing
The process of super finishing involves using fine grit abrasives to achieve an incredibly smooth, mirror like finish. In addition to increased aesthetic value, super finishing has advantages such as wear resistance, exceptional finish, close tolerances, and improves sealing capabilities.
We can achieve a roughness (peak-to-valley distance) of 0.01 Ra, and are able to super finish jobs up to 630 x 6000 mm, weighing up to 5000 kg.
